'Get better physical therapy'
at Medical Arts Rehabilitation, Inc.
These videos explain the source of your dizziness and vertigo and how
physical therapy can help.
Physical therapists are appropriate providers for treatment of vertigo
because of the high success rate and the low risk of harm (minimal
side effects).
'Ear rocks' or crystals can get mis-placed due to fluctuating allergies,
trauma to the head or sinus conditions.
The bony anatomy of the inner ear, called the labyrinth , is responsible
for sensing angular motion, such as turning your head.
Just as the 'ear rocks' can get mis-placed they can get replaced by
specific movements by the physical therapist.
Physical therapists can perform a simple and safe test to decide which
ear to treat. The treatment takes about fifteen minutes.
