Testimonials"I am a 65 year old, retired Washington D.C. Firefighter. Due to my chosen careers as a fireman, I have had injuries over the years that have required physical therapy both during my employment, and after a career ending back injury. I have never attended a therapy clinic such as Medical Arts Rehab. The staff here is very professional, and knowledgeable. Tim, Greg, Susan, Melissa, Ricardo, I cannot say enough about how well I was treated, and the caring, and understanding I saw them bestow on every patient there. The staff at Medical Arts Rehab, is head and shoulders above any other therapists I've seen, and I am confident that you will not have a nicer, more rewarding experience, or benefit more physically, anywhere in the area. Who knows, you may feel as I do, I made a few new friends." David Wilson "Tim and All... Happy New Year! You must have created a monster when you helped me get past the bursa problem. You made me do all those exercises that helped so much and I swore I would never stop doing them because I didn't want to go through that again. Well, I go for a walk at 5:00am every day, except rainy windy days and then I make up for it in the evening, if I can. My husband goes with me and that's a bonus. If we can't go for a walk due to bad weather, I make up for it with more aerobics, which I do at about 5:30am every morning anyway. Then on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays I do some strength exercise for about 30 minutes. We are losing weight, which is the idea, but we're having fun at it, too, which is the monster part. Some days, I find I can't get enought of it. Monster, right?! Anyway, thanks for the assist into my new world of sweating and loving it. I never thought I would say that. Do expect to see me someday. I'll probably throw something out that I shouldn't while I'm doing all this moving. (lol) Have a great one. I hope your practice grows to your wildest dreams in 2008!" Pat Cote "Dear Tim, I would like to let you know how pleasant an experience it was with you and all your personnel during my rehabilitation efforts at your facility. You all took great care in your professional efforts as well as being extremely pleasant during my time there. You and your staffs professionalism and very kind attention to my back exercises was made as pleasant as you possibly could. Thank you for making an unpleasant situation actually pleasant. Oh, and by the way, I no longer have any pain." Ray Kizelowicz "Tim and Staff, The quality of the therapy I received has relieved all of my pain and I feel 100% better in only three visits. I had severe neck pain due to what my doctor described as neck spasms. The level of pain I was in was very high and caused me to lose very valuable time at my and, more importantly, time with my family. Susan Simpson, your assistant, was very thorough and caring when she described my injury and the steps she was taking to relieve the pressure. I had been prescribed medication and was able to forgo taking it many days because I felt so much better after every visit. I also enjoyed the light and friendly atmosphere of your office. I have been in similar environments and one can be made to feel intimidated and unsure of the procedures that will take place. I always knew what we were going to do now and next. I also felt very comfortable to tell you if I was "uncomfortable" with a procedure, but often felt motivated to push myself through the discomfort to gain results. So, in sum, I think you are miracle workers. I am a wife, a mother, a busy outside Sales Representative and my time is precious. You allowed me to gain back that time fast and with ease, and that is priceless. I will recommend you to anyone I can and come by and see you often." With great appreciation, Michelle Grunberg "Dear Mr. Richardson, As a lifelong skeptic regarding the benefits of physical therapy, I reluctantly agreed in order to forestall surgery. I have endured painful cervical spine damage for years: herniated discs, bony growths, stenosis and arthritis. Even my surgeon was doubtful. However, he thought it was worth a try. He wrote a prescription for four weeks at the Medical Arts Rehabilitation, Inc. (in Palmetto). Under the gentle expertise of Tim Richardson and his wonderful, caring staff I was surprised and delighted to feel almost immediate relief. An added bonus is the warm and friendly environment that makes me feel I'm with friends who take a personal interest in alleviating my pain." Doris Scherette "Dear Med Arts Crew, I have been here for all different problems and have highly recommended Medical Arts to all of my friends. My initial office visit was with Laurie and she made me feel like I was the only person in the office. When I have had to come for other medical problems I always asked for Laurie. I have had the opportunity to also have Tim, Melissa and Susan help me with my therapy when Laurie was unavailable and again they make one feel as they are the only ones in the office. It is a very warm and homey atmosphere at the Clinic (in Palmetto). Thank you to all of you for the wonderful care that you have given me. Also, let's not forget Jennifer and Brenda who always greet you with smiles. The new addition of Ricardo was a great decision as he is also very gentle with clients. Again, thanks for all the excellent therapy you have given me." Patricia Gregory "Dear Tim, Tim, I couldn't think of a way to thank you for showing me how to use the machines at our clubhouse and then I remembered you said you wanted to get a massage chair for the office. I hope this one will be OK. You and your staff were so good to me and so helpful... Thank you again for taking the time to spend with me to get me back on track. I feel so much better."
